Group Coaching with The Middle is a weekly space where parents come together to build structure, boost executive functioning, and bring more calm to their homes. Groups are organized by age, so you’ll be surrounded by families facing similar challenges—and cheering each other on.
Each virtual class is capped at 15 parents to keep things personal. You’ll submit questions ahead of time, dive into relevant topics, and join a live Q&A with Tiara, an ADHD and EF specialist who gets it. Can’t make it live? No worries—recordings are always available.
This is a 75% savings compared to 1:1 coaching, but you’ll still get tailored support and answers to your specific questions. And if you want a little extra guidance, you can add a monthly 1:1 session to your package.
