Service Description
4 - 1:1 coaching sessions, text/email support between sessions, tailored resources and tools, session summaries and action steps.
Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Notice - Families must notify at least 24 hours in advance to cancel a session without penalty. - Cancellations within 24 hours are considered late and may not be eligible for a make-up. 2. Make-Up Sessions - One make-up session per month is allowed for excused absences (illness, family emergency). - Make-ups must be scheduled within 2 weeks of the missed session, based on availability. 3. No-Shows - Missed sessions without notice are not eligible for make-up or refund. 4. Consistency Matters - Frequent cancellations may result in a review of your child’s enrollment to ensure the program remains effective and supportive. 5. Coach Commitment - I’ll always do my best to accommodate families while maintaining a consistent, structured experience for all participants.
